Quality is the core foundation for the long-term development of the FICONMAN brand. The brand provides a complete warranty system for all its components. For products used according to the standard operating conditions, the warranty period starts from the day the equipment is installed, covering 6–12 months.
1. Warranty Policy
Replacement parts are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal operating conditions and proper service. The warranty period is extended 6–12 months from the date of engine installation, but the total warranty period cannot exceed 12 months from the original purchase date listed on the FICONMAN invoice.
Warranty Claim Notification Procedure
FICONMAN must be notified before performing any repair work to consider a warranty claim. All warranty consideration claims must be submitted in writing. FICONMAN reserves the right to inspect all elements involved in the claim and may require appropriate documentation regarding the following:
High-definition videos and photos of the problem part removed from the engine
- A written description of the failure condition
FICONMAN is not responsible for inaccurate assessments caused by the claimant’s inability to provide all parts or information required to evaluate the claim.
Parts Compensation Instructions
If a claim is deemed warrantable, FICONMAN will provide the parts needed to repair the warranty-covered failure. Replacement parts are only provided by FICONMAN. If FICONMAN cannot provide replacement parts, a credit equivalent to FICONMAN brand parts will be issued to the partner’s account at the partner’s net cost. Warranty credits will be given to the partner in the form of merchandise credits. For first-time partners, parts after-sales matters can be resolved through friendly negotiation.
Costs Not Covered by Warranty
Miscellaneous costs not covered by FICONMAN’s warranty policy include, but are not limited to: shipping, towing fees, travel time and expenses, diagnostic and troubleshooting time, shop supplies, downtime, and machine rental.
2. Goods Quantity Errors and Product Defects
From the date the partner receives the goods, they should count the items. If they find any quantity discrepancies or wrong items, they need to notify FICONMAN in writing within 10 days. The customer must provide all the on-site photos and document information of the goods to help with verification. When receiving goods, during the logistics delivery, the packaging should be checked for integrity. If the goods' dimensions or specifications don't match, photos or videos should be sent to us. After our assessment, we will decide on a return or replacement. If the goods are damaged or unsealed, the logistics company should be involved to jointly check the items to prevent quantity mismatches.
3. Out-of-Stock Policy
When orders are created, changes in the factory production cycle are inevitable. If some parts can't be delivered on time, the cost of the out-of-stock parts will be used as a deduction for the next batch order or shipped with the next batch.
4. Credit Policy
All products must be paid for before shipment. Payments via major letters of credit can be accepted through phone and online channels, and bank transfer information can be obtained from our customer service team. Customers have 30 days to choose to apply a 30-day credit term (only for customers who have approved credit).
5. Shipping Policy
For parts under 50 kg, FICONMAN will ship via FedEx or DHL air freight. Customers can also use their own courier account to pick up from our warehouse. Bulk goods will be transported by rail or sea. If accurate freight forwarder warehouse addresses and port warehouse charges are not provided before the quote, EXW terms will be applied.
